Ingredients
- 2 cups of poha.
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 1 large onion finely chopped.
- 3 to 5 green chilies chopped.
- 1 tablespoon of peanuts.
- 1 teaspoon of urad dal.
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida (hing).
- Curry Leaves.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Lemon juice to taste.
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- 1/2 cup of water.
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the poha,water, salt,turmeric and lemon juice.Mix and set aside.
- In a pan heat the oilk and roast the peanuts until golden.Add the mustard seeds,urad dal and hing.mix until golden.
- Add the onion curry leaves and green chilies. Add a pinch of salt,sugar,and turmeric mix it well.
- Add the poha and toss until everything is heated through Add the coriander leaves and mix it.
- Serve it and enjoy.
