INGREDIENTS:

  • Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsbp
  • Water – 1 litre

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil water with cumin seeds.
  2. let it simmer for 5 minutes,strain, and let it cool.
  3. Add honey in it mix it well.

Jeera (cumin) water can enhance digestion,boost metabolism,and help in burning calories.
