Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Fresh fruits or nuts for topping.
Instructions
- In a bowl,combine chia seeds,milk,sweetner,and vanilla extract.Stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then stir again to prevent clumping of chia seeds.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for atleast 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- After chilling, give the chia pudding a good stir.If it appears too thick, you can add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
