INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Amla (Indian gooseberry) – 2, crushed.
  • Aloe Vera gel – 2 Tbsp.
  • Water – 1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend amla and aloe vera gel with water.
  2. Strain and drink on an empty stomach.
