Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt.
- 1/2 cup mixewd berries (such as strawberries,blueberries, raspberries).
- 1/4 cup granola,
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
- 1 tbsp nuts (such as almonds,walnuts or cashew nuts).
- 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle some granola over the berries.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the granola.
- Add another layer of Greek yogurt on top.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the yogurt layer.
- Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve the protein parfait immediately or refrigerate for later consumption.
